Who processes the data

Soy DV is a marketplace for soybean trade between farms of the Russian Far East and buyers. Personal data is processed by the operator named below.

What is collected

At registration: email address, phone, name, farm or company name, tax number (INN), city. Buyers from China give a WeChat ID instead of a phone.

From the tax number the platform retrieves company details from the open state register: full and short name, legal address, year of registration, legal form, registry state, and the full name and position of its director. These details are public by law. Of them, only the company name is shown to the other side of a deal; the legal address, the director and the rest are visible to the platform operator alone. For a sole trader the registered address is their home address — which is why the address is shown to no one but the operator.

During use: lot details, correspondence between the parties of a deal, files uploaded by the person (documents, photos, voice messages).

Technical records: connection address, request time, server logs.

No special-category or biometric data is collected.

Why it is needed

To create an account and confirm that the email address belongs to the person.

So the parties of a deal can find each other and agree terms.

So the operator can check a company before granting access and arrange transport and paperwork once the parties agree.

To send service emails: sign-in code, decision on an application, deal notifications.

On what basis

On the person’s consent, given at registration by a separate checkbox. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@soyadv.com.

Withdrawing consent means deleting the account: the marketplace cannot work without this data.

Where the data is stored

On a server located in the Russian Federation.

Some data becomes visible to buyers in China — farm name, district, lot details and correspondence. That is a cross-border transfer, and it happens with your consent: without it trade with a Chinese buyer is impossible. Phone and email are never shown to the counterparty.

It is kept while the account exists and is deleted together with it. Server logs are kept no longer than a year.

Who it is shared with

Other participants — only what a deal requires: farm or company name, district, lot details, correspondence. Phone and email are never shown to the counterparty.

The email service SMTP.BZ — recipient address and letter text, to deliver a service email.

The DaData service — the tax number only, to obtain company details and its director from the open state register. Nothing beyond the tax number is passed to that service.

Browser push services (Apple, Google, Mozilla) — only if the person enabled notifications. They receive an encrypted signal only; the notification text and personal data are not visible to them.

State authorities — only in cases directly required by law.

The data is shared with nobody else and is never sold. The marketplace sends no marketing mail.

What a person may demand

To learn what data is processed and receive a copy of it.

To correct inaccurate data — much of it is editable in the profile.

To delete the account together with the data.

To withdraw consent.

The deadlines differ and are counted in business days: answering a request about your data — 10 days (extendable by 5 with a stated reason), correcting inaccurate data — 7 days, stopping unlawful processing — 3 days, deletion — 10 days. Stopping processing after consent is withdrawn — 30 days. Requests go to info@soyadv.com.

How the data is protected

Server access is restricted and the connection to the site is encrypted. Passwords are stored as an irreversible hash, never in plain form.

Full access to the data belongs to the operator alone.

By ticking «I agree to the processing of personal data» at registration, the person confirms they have read this policy and agree to the processing of their data on the terms above.

Consent is given for the lifetime of the account and may be withdrawn by writing to info@soyadv.com.
